IIMT Engineering College, Meerut proudly has set many milestones to which latest is the establishment of the Center of Excellence on Internet of Things with Softpro India Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Anuj Chaudhary and the CEO Ms. Yashi Asthana with the Director of IIMT Engineering College Dr. Dhirendra Kumar have signed an MoU for the Center of Excellence.
The primary objective of the MoU is to create opportunities in the field of internet and it's Technologies. Students will be engaged in research and trainings. The objective will be fulfilled through the seminars, conferences and workshops.
On this moment Director IIMT Engineering College, Dr. Dhirendra Kumar has glorified the event with their words. HoD (B.Tech-CSE) Dr. Rajeev Sharma and HOD (EE), Dr. Shalesh gupta play a key role in the event.

Today, on Tuesday, 14/01/2025, an MoU was signed between Softpro India Computer Technologies Private Limited at IIMT Engineering College. Softpro India Computer Technologies Private Limited also established the Center of Excellence of IoT Industry Group in IIMT Engineering College. On this occasion, the Chairman of the college, Mr. Yogesh Mohan Guptaji said that this MoU will give strength to the students interested in the field of research, consultancy and technical knowledge. The Managing Director of the college, Dr. Mayank Agarwal said that this agreement will ensure that the ideas and efforts of both the parties will fully cooperate with each other in fulfilling the common objective. Chairman of Softpro India Computer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Ajay Chaudhary and CEO Miss Yashi Asthana said that students should prepare themselves according to the new technologies as per the demand of the industry. Addressing on the occasion of signing the MoU, Director of the college Professor Mr. Dhirendra Kumar said that such MoUs will definitely help in achieving big goals in the field of technical education
Dr. Shailesh Kumar Gupta, Chairperson IIEDC and Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Head of Department of Computer Science and Engineering had a special contribution in making the program successful. On this occasion all the teachers of Engineering and Management Department were present.
