IIMT Engineering College, Meerut, proudly hosted the Mega Recruitment & Internship Drive 2025 on June 21, bringing outstanding opportunities to over 700 final and pre-final year students from B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Com, and Nursing programs.
The drive witnessed participation from leading organizations such as Genpact, Wipro, Pacific, Stemrobo, Cipershield, Hike Education, NIIT MTS, Ananta, ERD Technologies, Quesscorp, Techno Minds JS, Perk, Leg Pro, and many more. Over 150 IIMTians received on-the-spot job offers and internship confirmations, marking a significant milestone in their professional journeys.
The event was officially inaugurated with inspiring addresses by Dr. Mayank Agarwal, Managing Director, and Dr. Dhirendra Kumar, Director of IIMT Engineering College. Hon’ble Shri Yogesh Mohanji Gupta, Chairman of IIMT Engineering College, warmly welcomed the visiting HR representatives and dignitaries. During the interaction, the HR delegates applauded Shri Gupta’s visionary leadership and shared a strong intent to collaborate in shaping the future of technical and professional education.
In his motivational speech, Shri Gupta shared his mantra for career success, while Dr. Mayank Agarwal reaffirmed IIMT’s unwavering commitment to supporting students in their career aspirations and entrepreneurial pursuits.
The recruitment process included aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews, with many offer letters issued on-site. Dr. Dhirendra Kumar emphasized that more exclusive placement drives will soon be organized to benefit IIMT students.
The event also led to the signing of several MOUs with hiring partners, strengthening long-term collaboration between academia and industry.
The drive was meticulously coordinated by Mr. Abhishek Verma, Head of Placements; Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Head, Department of Computer Science; and Dr. Shilpi Singh, Head, IQAC. Their collective efforts ensured a seamless and impactful event experience.
